  My experience wasn't great. We didn't know you needed to call ahead to order and we didn't want to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare the chicken, so we ordered a chicken salad and a BBQ sandwich and a side of cornbread. The portions were decent sized and there was some decent flavor to the chicken but it was overcooked and dry. The salad part of the chicken salad was OK, nothing special and I was looking forward to the chicken part, but they were quite chewy / overcooked.
  The cornbread was OK. I've had better, I've had worse.
  So, three stars for the food, docking one star because the manager (owner?) lost his cool when an employee did some extra work without being asked and spent five minutes yelling at him and saying how he wasn't going to pay him for working on tasks that he wasn't asked to work on. . Not a great experience as a customer.

  Used to love galore...
  Chicken hasnt been so great...
  Too expensive...
  
  They messed up completely on my order a few days ago... Wrong smaller sizes when i paid for large sizes... Didnt bring plates like i asked... Food was cold... Delivery driver rang the door bell when we specifically told them to call when they're outside...
